The "On the Wings of Love" star lunged ahead of 2-time winner Angel Locsin and actress Rhian Ramos.
Jennylyn Mercado, who won the poll in 2015, sits in fourth, while fellow ex-titleholder Marian Rivera is currently fifth.
Completing the Top 10 are Anne Curtis, Angelica Panganiban, Toni Gonzaga, Bea Alonzo and Arci Muñoz.
