Anyway, parang final na nga ang casting na ‘to dahil naka-line up na si Ms. Gina Pareno bilang Lola Ganda, si Ricky Davao bilang tatay ni Darna, Sylvia Sanchez bilang asawa ng role ni Ricky, Albert Martinez as the evil Luceo, lovely Dawn Zulueta in the role of Princess Almea, feisty Arci Munoz in the role of Valentina, Darna’s all time nemesis, Ellen Adarna as Babaeng Impakta, Vin Abrenica as the Giant, lovely Isabelle Daza as Babaeng Manananggal, Arjo Atayde in the role of Darna’s leading man (his first big break ever!), Tanner, the PBB boy in a very special role and, of course, the agile and lovely Yassi Pressman in the role of Darna.
